NEWARK, N. Charles Johnson Jersey UK .J. -- Kyle Palmieri thrilled his personal rooting section with an overtime winner that sent the Anaheim Ducks to their seventh straight win. Palmieri, from Montvale, N.J., scored at 2:37 of overtime on Friday to give the Ducks a 3-2 win over the New Jersey Devils. The goal delighted the group of about 100 family members and friends who saw the hometown boy make good in his return. "You try not to think too much about it but you know theyre there," Palmieri said. "I grew up watching the Devils play, so its pretty hard to ignore the fact that youre from here and theres people watching." With the win, the Pacific Division-leading Ducks captured a seventh straight game for the second time this season, tying the franchise record set from Oct. 5-20, and in the 1999 season. Anaheim has collected at least a point in 10 straight games (8-0-2). Unbeaten in regulation at home with a 13-0-2 mark, the Ducks have won four in a row on the road. Palmieri sealed the latest deal with a pretty goal. He swung around Devils defenceman Eric Gelinas and circled behind the New Jersey goal. He then tucked the wraparound behind goaltender Cory Schneider. "I just took a chance," Palmieri said. "I think it might have banked in off a couple of things. Sometimes you get those bounces and sometimes you dont." Schneider stretched as far as he could, to no avail. "I dont really know what happened, to be honest," Schneider said. "He carried around the net and I stretched and I tried to get my pad to the post. I dont know if it hit a stick or popped up or what. Its a bit of a bad break, but sometimes you create your own luck. Ive just got to keep working hard and hope for the bounces to start going my way." Ducks coach Bruce Boudreau had a hunch playing in New Jersey would energize Palmieri, who had gone 18 games without a goal. "I was really happy for him," Boudreau said. "I had been a while for him. You could tell early on he was more involved, and getting shots off. I really thought he might pop one tonight." Mathieu Perreault and Cam Fowler also scored for the Ducks and Jonas Hiller made 19 saves. Andy Greene and Michael Ryder scored for the Devils, who have earned five points in the last three games (2-0-1). "Its nice to at least get a point against a good team like that," Schneider said. "It hurts to not get the two points. Its another tough loss for and Ive got to find a way to make that last save." Schneider, 4-7-5, got the start after Martin Brodeur backstopped the Devils to home wins over Tampa Bay and Ottawa. Perreault, who assisted on Palmieris score, gave the Ducks a 2-1 lead at 10:47 of the third. He converted a centring feed from Palmieri that bounced off Gelinas skate and landed on his stick in the slot for his sixth goal. New Jersey tied it with 5:02 to go in regulation. Greenes power-play goal was set up by Jaromir Jagr, who hit the defenceman in the left circle with a backhand pass. Ryder and Fowler scored in the second period. Ryder put New Jersey in front with his 10th goal at 4:15. He got a backhand pass from Adam Henrique and lifted a shot over Hillers left shoulder. Fowler made it 1-1 at 14:06 with a blast from the left point, using Palmieri as a screen against Schneider. NOTES: This was the second contest of a four-game road trip for the Ducks. ... Anaheim had time to adjust to the Prudential Center. The Ducks practiced here on Wednesday and Thursday. ... Ryan Getzlaf was in the lineup for Anaheim. He left the previous game against Detroit in the first period with a facial injury. ... The Devils concluded a three-game homestand. They play in Washington on Saturday night. ... Devils RW Steve Bernier played in his 500th game; Hiller made his 300th appearance. ... Devils RW Damien Brunner was helped off the ice late in the first period following a knee-on-knee hit along the boards by Ducks D Mark Fistric. Brunner did not return. Evan Mathis Jersey UK . With his father watching from the stands, Harrison homered, doubled, single and drove in a career-high five runs to lead the Pirates to a 8-3 win over the Milwaukee Brewers on Friday. Cam Newton Jersey UK .Mila Kunis was a guest on Kimmel last night and revealed a surprising side of herself that comes out when she watches sports. It turns out screaming something vulgar at professional athletes is therapeutic for Kunis. http://www.nflauthenticshopuk.com/Carolina-Panthers-Shaq-Thompson-Jersey-Uk/ . But qualifying for her first Scotties Tournament of Hearts after years of falling short in tough Manitoba provincial championships is as good as consolation prizes get for the 29-year-old from Winnipegs Fort Rouge Curling Club. SEATTLE -- Lloyd McClendon is always looking for a little pop to come from his designated hitter when he sets up the Seattle Mariners lineup. Yes, even when Endy Chavez is the DH. "How about Endy?" McClendon said. "That was a pretty good swing." Chavez homered for the first time in more than a year and Seattles bullpen was again stellar behind starter Chris Young in the Mariners 3-2 win over the Cleveland Indians on Friday night. Chavez singled and scored in the first inning, then ended the night for Cleveland starter Trevor Bauer with a solo home run into the right-field seats with one out in the seventh. It was Chavezs first homer since May 30, 2013, at San Diego, a span of 265 plate appearances. "It feels great, especially in a tight game," Chavez said. "Im glad to hit a home run in that situation and put us in a better situation to win the game." Kyle Seager had two hits, including an RBI single, to continue his hot hitting at home. Brad Miller also added an RBI single as Seattle won for the sixth time in seven games. Seager is hitting .613 in his past eight home games, but McClendon continues to be unsatisfied and expecting more from his third baseman. "Hes getting better," McClendon said with a smirk. Fernando Rodney worked the ninth for his 22nd save although it was bumpy. Nick Swisher singled and scored on Michael Bourns two-out single, but Rodney got Asdrubal Cabrera to pop up for the final out. Rodney was the last of five Seattle relievers that allowed three hits and struck out four after Young was lifted. Young (7-4) was done after five innings despite giving up just four hits and one run. The Indians made him work deep into counts and his pitch count was at 91 after five innings. "They made me work and I wasnt as sharp as I wanted to be and I was probably a little lucky tonight. They hit some balls hard right at guys," Young said. "The bullpen came in and did a phenomenal job. Those guys pickked me up. Gino Gradkowski Jersey UK. " Joe Beimel tossed a perfect sixth and Danny Farquhar was solid in the seventh, although the Indians missed a chance to keep the inning alive because of a poor baserunning decision. With two outs, first baseman Logan Morrison booted Bourns grounder with Swisher on first. Swisher never stopped at second, but Morrison recovered and threw him out at third. Cleveland threatened again in the eighth on a two-out walk by Carlos Santana and a double from Jason Kipnis. Charlie Furbush got Lonnie Chisenhall to ground out, ending the inning. "The bullpen has been outstanding. Theyve been unbelievable. You just have complete confidence in all of them," Young said. "Tonight is a perfect example why. They came in, got 12 big outs and we won." Chavez led off the first with an infield single and stole second base with two outs. Seager then dumped a single into centre and Chavez was able to score standing up. The Mariners scored in almost the same way in the fourth. Michael Saunders singled with two outs and advanced to second on a wild pitch before Miller looped a base hit to centre for a 2-1 lead. Chavez provided some cushion with the 29th homer of his career. It was the third straight start in which Bauer (2-4) pitched into the seventh, but he has not finished that inning this season. He threw 111 pitches, below his season high of 119, and gave up nine hits while striking out five. "Early he fought his command a little bit, he didnt work ahead very often," Cleveland manager Terry Francona said. "But as he got into the game, I thought he got much better." NOTES: Seattles bullpen has allowed two earned runs in the past 24 innings. ... Cleveland plans to start LHP T.J. House in Sundays series finale. House still must be recalled from the minors. ... The Indians hope RHP Justin Masterson, scratched from Sundays start with a sore knee, will be able to go Tuesday in Los Angeles against the Dodgers. Wholesale NFL Jerseys ' ' '
